Unofficial Rules

#1 Effort and Layout. - Effort in the gang thread is what i look at the most when i'm looking for new official gangs, i want a good layout, a good story, nice graphs if possible and i don't want a small thread.

#2 Don't fail twice. - If you have made a gang that failed and got no support there is no idea to make a new gang until you've found out what you're doing wrong.

#1 Be Unique. - If there are 2 official italian mafias the chance of getting official with one = 0.9%, you have to come up with something new and exciting.
