Dear citizens of Los Santos.
I was listening to Mr. Waynes speech today. I totally agree on what he is saying that this town is full of hate, greed and lust, but I do not agree about the part with failure. I've been here for a while, and I've seen many people succeed with what they've been working with, all from criminals, to police officers.

Mr. Wayne is talking about a storm, but he is wrong, there isn't a storm. How can you call something that have been on the whole world for so long a storm? I don't know what I would call it, but it's not a storm. But I know how we can we fix it.

I've been walking around in the cities at the most poorest places, and I've seen many hurted, sad, drunk, homeless, and even dead people. I want to fix this problem, because I know no one wants to live like this, where people get killed every day. Where people loses family members and dear friends every day. Where people need to get drunk to get past the next day.

The first thing I want to do is to make sure that everyone in the town has a place to stay, a place to get food, and a place to be safe together with friends and family.
I'll make Los Santos a safer place to be a citizens of. But I need everyones help. I alone can't do it, but with your help.
