I do agree with Izzy to recommend Justin/Kenny as helper. His RP is good, he have good understanding in english and he know how to help people in a proper way.
He have been on the server for a while, he knows much about the places where thing are and got good knowledge about Los Santos.
He would absolutly be a good helper.
