Why should we hire this person: Carlos is a great friend, knows the server well, and can handle situations well. He can be trusted and I know he can. He never shows any kind of bad mood, even if he's feeling bad in real life. He is always a happy and cheerful person when I talk/type/text/whatever with him.I know he'll do well as an admin/helper.
